I’m using a cyberJack RFID reader with Windows 11, and the device itself appears to be working normally. Windows recognizes the reader and there are no obvious errors in Device Manager.
However, when I place my card on the reader, the card is not detected by the application I’m using. The reader remains connected, but nothing happens when the card is placed on it.
I have already tried restarting the computer, reconnecting the USB cable, and checking that the latest cyberJack DriverPackage is installed. The problem still occurs.
Has anyone experienced a situation where the reader is recognized correctly by Windows but does not detect the card? Could this be related to a Windows setting, the driver, or the card reader configuration?
Hi everyone,

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
