I’m currently having an issue with my REINER SCT cyberJack RFID reader on Windows 11. The device shows up in Device Manager, but it doesn’t seem to function correctly when I try to use it. Sometimes the software doesn’t respond or fails to recognize the card.
I’ve already tried reinstalling the drivers and software, switching USB ports, and checking for Windows updates, but the problem still persists.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a reliable fix? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
