I’m having an issue with my REINER SCT cyberJack RFID reader on Windows 11. The device appears to be connected correctly, but some applications fail to detect or read my smart card.
I’ve tried reconnecting the reader and restarting the application, but the problem still occurs. I’m wondering whether this could be related to the driver package, the Windows smart card service, or the application’s compatibility with the reader.
Has anyone experienced something similar, and is there a reliable way to diagnose the cause? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
