I recently started using my cyberJack RFID reader with a newer laptop that only has USB-C ports. The reader works normally most of the time, but occasionally it is no longer detected after reconnecting the USB cable or switching between different USB-C adapters.
Has anyone else experienced differences in stability depending on the USB-C adapter or USB port being used? I’m wondering whether a powered USB-C hub or a specific type of adapter provides a more reliable connection.
I’d be interested to hear which USB-C setup others are using and whether installing the latest cyberJack DriverPackage made any noticeable difference.
