I've been using my cyberJack RFID reader for quite some time, and it has generally worked reliably. Recently, though, I started noticing intermittent connection issues following one of the latest Windows 11 updates.
The reader will occasionally stop responding while connected, as if it has been disconnected from the system. Unplugging and plugging the USB cable back in usually restores functionality, but only temporarily, since the problem tends to return after some time.
To troubleshoot, I've already taken a few steps:
Reinstalled the latest cyberJack drivers.
Tested multiple USB ports on my PC.
Confirmed that the device is recognized correctly when it reconnects.
Despite that, the random disconnects continue to occur.
Has anyone else encountered this behavior after updating Windows 11? If so, were you able to identify the cause or find a permanent solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
